This lot was produced in Colombia’s Huila department, in the municipality of Acevedo, by Luis Anibal. Luis has been producing coffee for more than 40 years. Over time, he has planted more than 25 different varieties of coffee on his farm, Finca Villa Betulia. Luis is interested in exploring alternative and experimental processing methods, such as extended fermentation.
